2. Version Control

The application allows users to toggle between versions of labeling content by using one of three radio buttons:

• Current/Checked-In – This is the baseline version.  This version contains the most current checked-in changes.
• Draft/Checked-Out – This is the version that is currently being edited.  This version contains any changes the user is and has been making prior to a check-in.  This radio button might be grayed out if a user has not pressed the “Checkout and Create Draft” button.
• Previous Version – A list of previous versions that can be viewed. These versions represent the history of the checked-in changes made over time.

 Depending on the radio button you select, you will see varying menu options.
