Previous Version

If you select the Previous Version radio button and pick a version from the list, its content is displayed in READ ONLY mode in the bottom panes of the screen and it cannot be changed.  The status field will indicate the Previous Version date and time and user, the Ver. No field will display the full version number (Major. Minor. Draft), the Version field will show the word “Previous” version and the ID will show the internal ID for this previous version.
