Content Editor Menus

When viewing the Draft/Checked-out version of the document, the right-hand pane displays the content of the section that is currently selected on the left-hand pane. 

Several Content Editor icons are available to help in the editing of the document.

The SPL Editor Toolbar provides the follow features. These features were developed specifically to comply with the SPL validation rules. 

For documents that have a FDA labeling type of PLR (Physician Labeling Rule) the Content Editor will display 2 additional radio buttons:

• Section Prescribing Information
• Section Highlights

Select the ‘Section Highlight’ radio button if you want to include text that will appear in the “HIGHLIGHTS OF PRESCRIBING INFORMATION” section of the label.  This section comes at the top of the label and is listed before the “FULL PRESCRIBING INFORMATION: CONTENTS” section.  Select the ‘Section Prescribing Information’ radio button if you want to include text that will appear in the “FULL PRESCRIBING INFORMATION” section of the label.  This section comes after the “FULL PRESCRIBING INFORMATION: CONTENTS” section.
