Image Title and Descriptive Text

The SPL schema support the following options:

• Image Titles
• Descriptive Text

To associate a title and descriptive text to an image, do the following:

1. In the Content Editor, position the cursor on the image and right click
2. Select [Image Properties] and a window will pop up

3. Populate the Image Title data field with the appropriate text to give the image a proper title
4. Populate the Descriptive Text data field with the appropriate text to describe the image.  NOTE: the FDA validation rules require that all images have associated descriptive text.  If the image does not have descriptive text and the user tries to save the changes to the section, a warning message will display.

5.  Click [Save] to finish or [X] to cancel the operation
