Active Ingredient(s)

The “Active Ingredients” section allows users to define the active ingredient based on the FDA rules.  Users should define the basis of strength, active ingredient, strength, and active moiety.  The list of active ingredients and active moieties are predefined. The user can select values after typing two or more letters in the associated field. The ingredient list displays 6 items at one time (you may have to scroll the list if the ingredient names are long). Use the arrow at the bottom of the list to view additional ingredients.

Strength should be defined to the lowest denominator. The strength “Denominator” unit should match the product form.  

Ingredients can be reordered by dragging and dropping directly on the list page.
