Lot Distribution Reports

The Lot Distribution Reports section allows users to create/edit/download Lot Distribution Reports for BLA for products required to report this information in SPL format.

The list of Lot Distribution Reports shows any reports created within SPL Portal. To download an existing report, click the icon in the Download column for the corresponding report.

1. To edit or view an existing report, click on the corresponding row for the report you wish to open.
2. To create a new report click the “New Report"button.

The 3 fields at the top of the Lot Distribution Report section (Start Date, End Date, Version Number) are report-wide fields. The Version Number is automatically populated and incremented based on the number of reports created in SPL Portal. Changes to these fields are saved by clicking the 'Save Header' button.

The 'Create SPL' button will generate the SPL file, which can be downloaded from the list at the top of the screen. If an SPL file already exists for the report, clicking this button will overwrite the SPL.
