Submissions

The “Submissions” page provides users with a list of all submissions for all products that have been created. 

This page is one of two pages that can be defined as the user’s landing page.  A landing page is a page that is displayed when the user first signs into the application.  To set the Submissions page as the landing page, click the “Set As Landing Page” button.  The Products page can also be set at the landing page.

By default, only submissions that were created during the last 30 days will show. To see more or less submissions, change the number of days to any value then click the “Refresh” button to build the updated list. Populate the “days” value with “0” to view all submissions.

The information in the Submissions grid is grouped by Labeler.  The user can change the grid sort order by double clicking on a column header.  The following columns allow sorting:

• Product
• Last SPL portal Submission
• SPL portal version #
• On NLM
• Date posted to NLM
• NLM version #
• Set ID
• License
