The “Contact Us” option provides users with a way to communicate via email with the SPL Portal support team.
Select a subject area and enter your text in the “Body” area. There are four pre-defined subject areas:
- “Add Ingredient Approved by FDA”(UNII update) -- Copy and paste the FDA Approval Email into the “Body” text box.
- “General Questions”-- Include the product name and background information into the “Body“ text box.
- “Feature Request”-- Include specific details for the business function desired in the “Body” text box. Feature requests will be considered, but there is no guarantee they will be included in future patches or versions.
- “Report Bug/Error”-- Include the product name and detail steps to recreate the bug or error in the “Body” text box.
Press Send to dispatch the email to SPL Support team. If you want to send another email, press New to clear the template.
