The “Contacts” tab displays all contacts that are associated with Labelers, Registrants, and Establishments.
- To create a new contact, click the “Create New Contact” link.
- To edit an existing contact, click on the contact name in the table and make modifications as needed. Then press the Save button.
When creating a new contact you will need to populate the following data elements:
When you press the “Save” button, the application will prompt you to enter two communication methods for the contact. A telephone number, and an email address. Entering in a web site is optional.
- Select a method from the list (email, telephone or web site)
- Enter a value for the method selected
- Note field for adding addition information pertinent to the communication method
- After adding a contact telephone number, email address, and if desired a website reference, the Save button must be clicked to save the added communications to the contact.
