Company Configuration

The “Company Configuration “tab allows company administrators to define company specific options such as:

• Company Name –Define the name of the company which appears on the main screen
• Invalid Login Attempts – defines the number of invalid login attempts before the account is disabled.  The default is 0 (no lockouts) and the maximum is 10.
• Days Password Valid – defined the number of days the password is valid before the user is force to change his/her password.  The default is 0 (no forcing password change) and the maximum is 365.
• CC email address – specifies the email addresses that will be notified when a request is made and a submission is complete. Multiple email addresses can be specified by including a comma between each address.

o  Send Email When… defines under what circumstances the CC email address will receive an email
