The “Establishment Lookup” tab allows users to search and find Establishments that have been registered with the FDA and their associated operations.
Type the first three letters of the Establishment name in the search field. All matching FDA registered Establishments will be listed with the following information:
- FEI number
- Full address
- Country
- Business operations
Click the “Import” icon under the Import column on the right side of the Establishment search result list to import the Establishment into the application repository as an outside entity. A green check mark
will appear under the Import column when the Establishment has been imported.
Clicking the “Export Search Result to Excel” link will download the information in the search result list into an Excel spreadsheet.
