Labeler Id and Labeler Code Error

“First segment must match an NDC Labeler Code associated with the Labeler id”

Ensure that the DUNS number is correct and that all the information that was supplied to Dun & Bradstreet matches what is in your Contact & Entities section. Also check that you previously submitted your labeler code electronically, we find that this error occurs with clients who submitted in paper form and not in electronic format. If this is the case, complete a labeler request submission with your labeler code and submit it to the FDA and then re-submit your listing. Allow some time to pass to ensure your labeler code has been electronically listed before you submit your listing to avoid any possible errors.
