The “Manufactured Product” section allows users to populate the following data associated to each manufactured product formulation:

• Drug Identification Number 
• Form Code
• Brand Name
• Generic Name
• Regulatory Activity Type
• Control No:
• Date of Initial Authorization
• Date of Cancellation
• Omit from SPM file
