Reset All Section GUIDs

The “Reset All Section GUIDs” resets all section GUIDs in the SPM and can be used when creating SPM submissions to avoid and/or to correct the below error:

• “id must not match any other id across all sections, documents, or any id other than the id of the same section previously submitted”
