Previous Version

The Previous Version button displays previous versions worked on that have been saved and stored off by checking the product into the Content Editor (as a Draft, Minor, or Major Version).

The content in Previous Version is displayed in READ ONLY mode and it cannot be changed.  The status field will indicate the Previous Version date, time and user. The Ver. No field will display the full version number (Major. Minor. Draft). While the Version field will show the word “Previous” version and the ID will show the internal ID for the current previous version being viewed.

Note that only one actions can be performed with the Previous Versions:

• Create Rendition - RTF
  • The “RTF” option will convert the SPM content into RTF format. The RTF format in Desktops running Microsoft Window will convert to Microsoft Word. Therefore, the transformed content will open in Microsoft Word. The user can then save in “.doc” format.
