ACA Samples

The “ACA Samples” module allows users to search and create ACA sample submissions that can later be sent to the FDA.

There are 6 tabs within the ACA Samples

• Search Distributions – Allows a user to search and retrieve sample distributions.
• Distribution Details – Allows a user to enter detail information about the practitioner and product for each sample distribution.
• Practitioners – Allows a user to create information about each practitioner including the practitioner’s address and designees.
• Sample Packages – Allows a user to add unlisted packages that are to be included in the sample distributions.
• Distributors – Allows a user to create new distributors.
• ACA submissions – Allows a user to create sample ACA submission XML file for a particular year or product or distributor which can later be submitted to the FDA.
